If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept an exchange or e-voucher on full price, unworn, unmarked, merchandise returned to our online store within 14 days of the order date. If you receive your purchase and it is faulty or damaged you are entitled to a refund in the same form of payment the order was purchased.
We do not refund if the garment is no longer suitable or it does not fit or if you decide that you don't want a garment once it arrives. Clicking 'Place Order' confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of the transaction. Once we accept your order these terms and conditions apply. This also applies if you receive an item and refuse to accept the package from the Post Office or Courier Company.
When placing an order, we strongly recommend that you choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering of size or a simple change of mind.
We do not exchange or refund any sale items unless your purchase is faulty or damaged.
If you do return an item for any of the above reasons we will provide you with an e-voucher or exchange on the returned items as long as the garment is un-worn, the tickets are attached and it is returned within 14 days, this does not include any cost incurred by us for the cost of Postage / Freight to send the items to you or to have them returned to us.
E-Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be reimbursed again.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and delivered to your address of choice via regular Australia post.
Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
Other NSW: 2-5 working days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-5 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 working days
An express service via Australia Post is available to you for an additional $15.00 inclusive of GST. This may be purchased in your checkout and will guarantee delivery within 2 working days, WA customers can take up to 5 working days.
International Express Shipping via DHL is offered at a flat rate of $29.00. International orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Orders to the US will be delivered anywhere between 3-5 business days.
CUSTOMS CHARGES: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.
Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.
Any delivery date or time specified by Elle Zeitoune is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
If you are not at home at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to pick up your item(s) from your nearest Post Office.
