RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS PERIOD: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery for Australian customers and 21 days for international customers. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

REFUNDS & E-VOUCHERS NOTES

Full price change of mind orders returned in their original condition and within the returns period can be returned for a full refund, excluding cost of shipping or any taxes and duties that may have been paid.

Change of mind Sale items do not qualify for a refund, unless item is faulty. However, can be either exchanged or returned for an e-voucher, excluding cost of shipping.

Final sale applies to outlet styles. Outlet/Warehouse sale styles do not qualify for a refund or credit note.

We will gladly accept returns on all items. Items must be in original and in saleable condition. The garment/s must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any marks (i.e. dirty, makeup marks, fake tan or any other markings or stains) cannot be returned. Garments that have a strong odour of perfume/washing powder or similar impregnated will not be accepted back. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

E-Vouchers

E-Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. E-Vouchers can only be used on the elle zeitoune Online Store. If a return is made with an item that was purchased with an e-voucher, an e-voucher with a new code will be sent. Items purchased with an e-voucher cannot be refunded.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.

Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

For all returns, please either use a courier company of your choice or mail the item back to us.

Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL and return your items to the address below in bold;

Mail: Elle Zeitoune recommends sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our registered address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Elle Zeitoune will not be held accountable for any losses. Please return your items to the address below in bold;

PROCESSING TIMES

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), credit note, or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is processed; this will occur within 5-7 working days of receiving your return.

Refunds

Allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.

Credit Notes

Allow up to 3 working days for your credit note to be processed.

Unclaimed Parcels

Parcels that are returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Rejected' by the customer will not qualify for a refund. Instead you will be issued with a credit note valid for 12 months.
