DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Goods will be delivered by Australia Post from Sydney and a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection. Regular Post is approx. 3-5 business days and is NOT fully trackable.

We offer the option of a regular postal delivery $10 or an express postal delivery $15 at checkout. Any order which comes to the amount of $250 + are granted with free regular post-delivery.

Please note that your orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. There will be no deliveries made on weekends or NSW public holidays.

Australia post express delivery is not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances. Beyond the control of Elle Zeitoune Designs. Customers may purchase Insurance at checkout for an additional $2 which can cover their purchase in an unlikely event of their parcel going missing.

On despatch of any item, the customer will receive an automated email alert generated by Australia Post advising that their parcel has been scanned into the postal system and is in transit with their tracking number.

Orders which are purchased on PRE ORDER will be despatched on the date or timeframe advised as per online description of that particular style.

Any delivery date or time specified by Elle Zeitoune is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DHL Express delivery timeframe is 3-10 business days approximately. Please note that delays may occur within the destination country and we cannot control this.

We offer a flat rate of $29.00 AUS at checkout for any international delivery.

Please note processing delays within the destination country may affect delivery.

When a parcel is delivered to the destination country, that country is responsible for the delivery.

Elle Zeitoune Designs is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.

Custom Charges

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'.

Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.
