Shipping/Returns
If you receive your purchase and it is faulty or damaged you are entitled to a refund.
We do not refund if the garment is no longer suitable or it does not fit or if you decide that you don't want a garment once it arrives. Clicking 'Place Order' confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of the transaction. Once we accept your order these terms and conditions apply. This also applies if you receive an item and refuse to accept the package from the Post Office or Courier Company.
We do not exchange or refund any sale items unless your purchase is faulty or damaged.
If you do return an item for any of the above reasons we will provide you with a credit note or exchange on the returned items as long as the garment is un-worn, the tickets are attached and it is returned within 14 days, this does not include any cost incurred by us for the cost of Postage / Freight to send the items to you or to have them returned to us.
If you do wish to return an item to us, it is your responsibility to make sure that the returned items arrive safely and can be tracked.
Shipping:
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and delivered to your address of choice via Australia post. Shipping is at no additional cost.
Delivery Timeframes;
Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
Other NSW: 2-4 working days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-4 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-7 working days
An express service via Australia Post is available to you for an additional $10.00 inclusive of GST. This may be purchased in your checkout and will guarantee delivery within 2 working days. We can also ship internationally. International orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
If you are not at home at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to pick up your item(s) from your nearest Post Office.
